Will Boatwright, PTA/RYT
Will is a certified RYT 200 hour yoga teacher and a 14 year Physical Therapy Assistant. His treatments are integrative sessions using techniques that combine assisted and active stretching, focused massage, and yoga driven modalities. "Yoga is not just exercise but a necessity for restoring a sense of equality to the body. It has the ability to heal not just the body but also the mind."
The foundation of his teacher training comes from Prajna Yoga. Prajna in sanskrit means "insight" and focuses on using the breath to power the posture along with focusing on proper alignment. Will received his AS degree in Physical therapy assisting from South University in Savannah GA in 2007. Will, his wife Emilie and son Sidney live in downtown Savannah since 2020 after moving from Atlanta.
Sunni Supcoe, PTA
Sunni is a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant with 8 years of experience in the field of PT. She received her degree from South University in Savannah in 2020. Since she left the world of outpatient PT, she uses her skills to teach patients about the importance of posture. Her treatment sessions focus on spine and joint mobility with the use of assistive stretch along with corrective exercises for strengthening. Sunni is originally from Thomaston, GA but has lived in Savannah since 2015.
Jennifer Avery, PTA
Jennifer has her master's degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. As a stretch trainer, she utilizes a variety of techniques including myofascial stretching, PNF, and long slow static stretching. Using the ultra-gentle Strain-Counterstain technique, she is able to address tender points in muscles. She also teaches active corrective exercises to improve posture, restore range of motion, and reestablish normal movement patterns. She also works as a fitness coach and group exercise instructor. When not working she enjoys walking her dog, making jewelry, lifting weights, and playing board games with her three sons.
